The consumer advisory group is responsible for the following:
Monitoring the consumer experience.
Involving consumers in the design and evaluation of services and their delivery.
Reviewing operational and strategic performance, from a consumer perspective
To provide advice from a consumer, carer, and community perspective, in relation to the services provided, and to any proposed changes.
To provide feedback on information provided to clients, to ensure it meets their needs, and is easy to understand.
To evaluate consumer feedback.
