Expression of Interest


The consumer advisory group is responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring the consumer experience.

  • Involving consumers in the design and evaluation of services and their delivery.

  • Reviewing operational and strategic performance, from a consumer perspective

  • To provide advice from a consumer, carer, and community perspective, in relation to the services provided, and to any proposed changes.

  • To provide feedback on information provided to clients, to ensure it meets their needs, and is easy to understand.

  • To evaluate consumer feedback.
